The Federal Controller of Works has assured that the Lagos bridge is still Bridge still safe, Works Controller
According to the Controller of Works, “The expansion joints are already on the high sea and should arrive Lagos soon.
“A critical look at one of the pictures, reveal that this joint was actually investigated. It has a displacement of about 1cm on one end”
for public use despite the noticeable joint expansion on it.
