The judgment of the Code of Conduct Tribunal on Justice Walter Onnoghen, who is being prosecuted on charges of assets declaration breaches, has been shifted from 9am, the original scheduled time, till noon on Thursday.
Onnoghen had arrived the premises of the tribunal at about 8.40am ahead of the judgment.
The embattled Jurist came yet to step down of his vehicle when the information about the postponement was conveyed to him.
He came along with some of his aides.
