Senate on Thursday confirmed appointment of Chairman of National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Dr. Kabiru Nakaura and other members of the board.
Confirmation came after the consideration of report of Senate Committee on National Planing and Economic Affairs chaired by Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso.
Members of the committee confirmed by the Senate are Akinola Bashir, Prof. Moses Momoh, Wallijoh Ahijoh, Adam Modu and Nwafor Chukwudi.
