The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Tuesday fixed November 2, 2019 to conduct Kogi and Bayelsa state governorship elections.
This was stated in a statement issued by INEC Commissioners for Voters Education and made available to newsmen.
INEC added that Political parties intending to sponsor candidates for an elections are expected to conclude their primaries election before August 29.
