The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja is now delivering judgment on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate in the September 2018 election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, to challenge the declaration of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, as the winner of the poll.
The Justice Ibrahim Sirajo-led three-man bench began delivering judgment at 10.33am on Friday.
The lead judgment is being delivered by a member of the panel, Justice Peter Obiora.
