The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Thursday stated that rerun elections in Rivers state will hold on April 13.
Addressing newsmen in Abuja, INEC commissioner for information and voter education, Festus Okoye also added that collation and announcement of results already generated will be resume between April 2 and 5, 2019.
