12 years after, Aregbesola back to Alimosho

The immediate past Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, fondly called Oranmiyan, by his teeming followers, made an historic return to his Alimosho political base on Saturday March 16, 2019.
The event was the first meeting of Alimosho Federal Constituency of the APC after the 2019 general elections at Akinogun Primary School, Mosan where he commended the party faithful for their voting performance, but quickly added that he was expecting at least 250,000 votes from Alimosho.

Ogbeni Aregbesola who sang political motivational songs throughout his speech advised against any kind of rancour against opposition or those regarded as enemies within.
He said there was room to re accommodate those who left the party to form a parallel group, but stated that they would have to apologise because there were recordings of damages they had done to the party and its leaders.
