Newly elected member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Olumide Osoba has donated a new 500kva Transformer to Geleodun community of Owode in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The donation, Hon. Osoba said was in fulfilment of his promise to the community before election.
Geleodun, his host community is in part of the Federal Constituency of Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode and Odeda, where he defeated the incumbent Hon Mikky Kareem.
The son of former Governor of the state, Chief Olusegun Osoba explained that fulfilling an agreement was the hallmark of a gentleman adding that he promised the community and has delivered on his promise.
He stated that for his community would not have to wait till he resumed in Abuja before having a feel of his campaign promises.
Receiving the transformer, residents expressed happiness for the replacement of the damaged one.
