1. Enugu is experiencing widespread voter intimidation with use of police officers. It may be necessary to order CP to call his men to order and to put DSS agents on overall surveillance

2. Bayelsa is on uptick with security incidence. In Amieseikiri village square (PU: 06/04/13/005) One APC member was reportedly shot dead at oluasiri

3. Kwara , Kogi and Rivers continue to top security incidence chart. Engaged Captain on ground in Kwara and they appear to be getting back in control. PDP’s goal is to cause fracas and disrupt voting in Kwara South and North which is outside their grip. Flashes in Ilorin.

4. Rivers seem to be really violent. Military reinforcement required

5. Widespread falsification of results and intimidation ongoing in South East. Few examples .
