A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today struck out Senator Atai Aidoko’s application for abuse of court process and lack of jurisdiction.
The Court ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to swear in Mohammed Isaac Alfa as senator representing Kogi East as ruled by the Supreme Court.
