The chairman of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) in Ikorodu division of Lagos state, Mr Adebayo Akinlade, has declined to participate in today’s court boycott called by the national body to protest the dumpster of Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN),Justice Chris Onnoghen.
In a letter to the members he said he cannot in good conscience asked his members to boycott the courts.
He asked the members to do what is best for their families,clients and communities and shun corruption and all forms of unethical behavior.
Said he,”I pray for your prosperity in this proffession always and I will do my best to create an enabling environment for you all to prosper in this profession”.
