Federal High Court sitting in Akure has sacked Bode Ayorinde as the Peoples Democratic Party House of Representatives Candidate for Owo Ose Federal Constituency.
The court confirmed Sadiq Obanoyen as the authentic PDP candidate having won the party’s primary election.
The court ruled that it was wrong for the national leadership of the PDP not to submit Obanoyen’s name to INEC as the party’s flag bearer.
