The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, is reportedly absent as the Code of Conduct Tribunal CCT, commenced proceedings.
The Chairman of the Tribunal, Umar Danladi and the two other presiding judges of the tribunal, are already seated.
Onnoghen is being arraigned by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) following a petition on January 7, alleging non-declaration and false declaration of his assets between 2005 and 2016.
