Senator Dino Melaye collapsed after he surrendered himself to Police in his residence in Abuja our correspondent gathered.
Melaye who hid himself in his house for eight days opened the door for Police to effect his arrest.
While coming out of the house, Senator Melaye slumped to the floor and was later assisted onto his feet.
He was thereafter taken to the office of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) in Guzape, the nation’s capital.
