The Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Yakubu Mahmood on Monday stated that the Commission neither votes nor sell votes .
The Chairman of the Commission made this known at a Public hearing organized on Vote buying and Improving Electoral Process in Nigeria.
According to him, INEC is not a vote buyer, INEC is not vote seller.
He challenged Nigerians to do more than talking lamenting that Nigerians talk too much.
In his words,” we must be frank and practical in our suggestion, we should stop talking and do more for our country.”
