Pinkcruise under the aegis of Mass Medical Mission (MMM) on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, a day, which is known worldwide as good Tuesday, scored another first in its war against cancer when its Health Education On the Go! Community Mobilization Awareness Campaign was launched.
The launching of the awareness campaign also coincided with the launching and a guided tour of the four mobile clinic trucks and utility vehicles meant for the campaign.
The launch and inspection of the vehicles by journalists was held at the Lagos office of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Speaking before the launch, Dr Abia Nzelu, the executive secretary of Pinkcruise said that PinkCruise was poised through one its affiliates, National Cancer Prevention Programme (NCPP), to make qualitative preventive cancer care accessible to all Nigerians.
Mission Pinkcruise, Dr, Nzelu further said was the mobile aspect of NCPP aimed at taking wellness to all’, including cancer and general health screening possible in Nigeria.
