Former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, has defected to Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) picking Sharafadeen Ishola as the governorship candidate of the party.
Ladoja was in African Democratic Congress(ADC) before defecting to ZLP
Speaking on his behalf, Bimbo Adepoju, one of his aides said Ladoja directed him to make his decision to defect to ZLP known to the public.
He explained that Ladoja left ADC because according to him, the leadership of the party are not magnanimous enough to respect a sharing formula of positions agreed to by the party
