He is young, bold and courageous.
To complement his youthfulness and high spirit, he wants to change the face of things in the state by giving hope to the youths and life to the hopeless.

He wants to give education to the less privileged and put food on the table of the poor and weak.

To do this he is determined to create a new foundation that would turn around the educational institutions and equip the state’s health institutions which have of recent become mere reference center devoid of common drags and this increase mortality rate.

To achieve his tall dream, 39 year old Seyi, the youngest and most dating of all the twelve candidates vying for the Oke Mosan government house, he has packed enough Laurels, knowledge and youthful drive which in his own wards are needed to redirect the state affairs and change the narrative of the promising state, that has only remained a land of promise after over 40 years of creation.

Seyi is not bothered about the dichotomy among the three major groups in the state but rather,” on using competent and qualified citizens to drive the change narrative and reposition our state for greater exploits”.

Within the first one month we shall create 10,000 jobs in all the 236 wards in the state among the virile youths who want direction and innovation.

Since his emergence, as Governorship candidate he has mapped out his programme to turn around, the state’s fortune with three key approaches-Simplicity, Innovation and Courage.

The young governorship candidate hopeful demonstrated  his simplicity which  reflected in  his appearance, show of  courage and the way he answered probing questions on the unscheduled chat with Newdawn and portrays his determination with penetrating answers and solutions.

“We want to do things that people think is impossible by creating jobs among the youths who only needed innovation to drive them.

“We shall be innovative and unusual in the way we mobilize the youths for change and removed idleness from our midst and our cheer courage to break new grounds in economic management.

“Selfish interest will have to take a back seat in the way we manage our state” he replied.

On how he intends to change the established way of running the state and its governance principles, the young aspirant who is a product of both Ladoke Akintola University and the Havard school of Governance is also at pains explaining the low quality of education in the state.

To reverse the trend, a radical program to renovate and equip at least one secondary and primary school in each of the wards in the state is uppermost in his mind to arrest the rot in the state education delivery.

“We must do this urgently if we must change the narrative”, he declared.

He is also keen in employing the law of comical advantage in running the state economy such that the law of economics scale is pivotal in driving developmental plans and goals instead of the ethnic and political motives which have arrested the lopsided development of the state.

We are going to adopt resource base approach to harness economic and social advantages of our closeness to Lagos.

As for him, “border towns in the state if properly developed, should provide economic services to the ever expanding Lagos population.”

This he said would be done in a sufficient holistic view of all the potentials  we can tap our huge human capital resources”.

However, the young governorship candidate who is the Founder/Director of Trigger Africa Initiative and consultant to the Kaduna State government has already hit the ground running moving from door to door in the state to sell his dreams and vision.

He declared that all stakeholders in all parts of the state “would be involved in turning around the fortunes of our state and change our story”.
