Former Vice President and Presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is currently holding meeting with delegation of Speakers of 14 State Houses of Assembly being controlled by the opposition party in United Arab Emirate (UAE), Dubai.
According to sources close to the presidential candidate,Atiku decided to engage the Speakers in the state Houses of Assembly in order to embark on grassroot campaign ahead of Presidential election in February next year.
Dubai has been the venue of the strategic meeting of Atiku campaign organization after he clinched the Presidential ticket of PDP.
It will be recalled that The Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, former Governor of Ogun state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, who is campaign Director General of Atiku, Vice Presidential candidate, Peter have all travelled to join the Turaki Adamawa are in Dubai since the adjournment of the Senate last week.
