Senator representing Kaduna central, Senator Shehu Sani has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Sani’s resignation is a protest as a result of his removal as the party’s Senatorial candidate for the next year’s National Assembly elections.
It would be recalled that last Thursday October 18, APC had replaced Senator Shehu Sani’s name with Uba Sani, the special Adviser on Political maters to Governor, Nasir El-rufai.
The embattled Senator have had a running battle with the state Governor due to unresolved personal differences which the mational leadership of the party failed to resolve before the primaries.
Governor El Rufai in spite of efforts to reconcile him with Senator Sanni had vowed to stop the laters ambition to return to the Red chamber .
