All is now set for the governorship primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled for Sunday 30th September.
One of the aspirants and former Commissioner for Works, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat today has directed his supporters to support the candidacy of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu after announcing his withdrawal from the race to the Alausa governor’s house.
The race is now to be keenly contested between incumbent Akinwunmi Ambode and Babajide Sanwo-Olu who declared an interest to contest the primary election at an event at the famous City Hall on Lagos Island two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Hamzat has directed his supporters to support Sanwo-Olu by casting
their votes for for him during the
party’s primary tomorrow assuring his followers he can vouch for
Sanwo-Olu’s integrity and personal
intelligence.
