Another All Progressive Congress Governorship aspirant from Ogun West, Hon. Abayomi Hunye has picked nomination forms to contest the party primaries.
Hon. Hunye is from the same local government, Ipokia, with Governor ibukunle Amosun’s preferred candidate, Hon. Abdukabir Akinlade.
The decision of Hunye has further thrown spanner into the calculation of Amosun to have only one aspirant from Ogun West in the primaries.
The new entrant into the race was said to have gone to Abuja to return the forms after filling them.
Informed sources said that Hunye has vowed not to step down saying he was the preferred choice from home
