A senior judge in the Akwa Ibom State judiciary, Hon. Justice Charles Ikpe, has called on fellow judges, technocrats, public officials and other eminent persons in the state, to rally round the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Akwa Ibom State, to enable it fulfill its mandate of speaking for and defending the rights and privileges of Christians and the church in the state. Speaking during a courtesy call on CAN, Akwa Ibom State secretariat Uyo, on Wednesday, Justice Ikpe, who is also the President of First Love Foundation, frowned at the level of neglect CAN has suffered in years, especially lack of essential infrastructure and facilities to aid its operation.
