Regina Akume, wife of George Akume, secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), has secured the house of representatives ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue state.
Akume, 71, won the APC primary election for the Gboko/Tarka federal constituency conducted on Saturday.
