Says Crescent Not Sighted Today

Contrary to expectations,the authorities of the Saudi Arabia has just announced that the crescent was not found today signaling that fasting continues on Tuesday.
In a special announcement released a while ago by The Holy Mosque of Mecca, it declared ” Eid Al Fitr 1445/2024 is on Wednesday, 10th April, 2024.
“The Crescent was NOT SEEN in the Kingdom today,”
Muslims had commenced fasting 29 days ago and were expecting the sighting of the Crescent to mark the end of Ramadan and the commencement of the month of Shawwal.
