The week-long programme for the 90th birthday anniversary of Awujale of Ijebuland,Oba Sikiru Adetona,Ogbagba 11 has been released.
According to the programme ,the activities will kick off May 3rd 2024 with a Jumat service at the Ijebuland Ode Central Mosque while the Church Thanksgiving service will be held at the Cathedral Church of Our Saviour ,Itaolowojoda, Ijebu Ode.

This will be followed with the Commissioning of School of Governance at the Olabisi Obasanjo University,Ago Iwoye on May 10 while the Birthday Reception will hold at Ijebu Ode Stadium on May 11th 2024 according to the programme authored by Chief Dr Fassy Yussuf and Dr Otunba Kunle Hassan
The Awujale is so far the longest reigning monarch in Nigeria having ascended the throne over six decades ago.
