Men of the Nigeria Police Special Task Force and Nigeria Railway Corporation,NRC,officials embarked on clearing Agbado Railway station and environs of illegal structures and shanties to make way for the right of way of the rail track.
The operation which started in the early hours of Wednesday saw the security personnel clear the vicinity of the new Lateef Jakande Railway station of illegal kiosks,shops and shanties.

Traders along the rail tracks were seen by our reporter clearing their wares on sighting the men of the police in combat ready for the operation .
The clearing exercise took the team brought to the place by a locomotive train to areas and locations near the new station of the Redline rail being built by the Lagos state government.
