Your election at the Biennial National Convention, which held recently in Owerri, Imo State, to lead the Guild for the next two years is an eloquent testimony to your leadership qualities and a demonstration of confidence your colleagues repose in you. This is evident in the overwhelming number of votes that won you the victory.
His Excellency, the Governor, would also like to congratulate the entire Guild and, particularly, the Organising Committee of the convention, for putting up a rancour-free event, thereby holding a free, fair and peaceful election that has now brought about the new leadership.
