Out of …. Bayelsa House of Assembly members that took their oath of office yesterday, Hon. Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown, was one of them. She stood out to be counted as she pledged to be a good representative of the equally good people of …. of the state.
Ndiomu-Brown is one the few lucky female lawmakers was elected into the house on March 18, 2023 governorship/assembly elections that also held in the state.
An ex-deputy Chief of Staff to the immediate former governor of the state, Seriake Dickson whom she served without blemish, the same commitment and seriousness those who known her inside out say she is bring to the legislative arm of government with her election into the house.
Speaking on what she can do, a journalist/lawyer, Mr. Thomas Peretu, that worked as her chief press secretary while she was the Director General of Bayelsa State Tourism Agency (BSTA), had this to say of her: “I do not doubt her ability to succeed, look at what she did at BSTA. She turned the state around, with her short time , the state became tourism destination, we entered not only the nation’s tourism calendar but the world. She attract events like ….to Yenogoa and this exactly I knew she will attract to Bayelsa,” the lawyer who no works with Presidential Amnesty Progamme (PAP).
