I do not know that for a Fact but I know it has made the greatest Impact in Hotel business in Nigeria in the Last 1 year.
The Hotel officially Opened in May Last year but it has garnered a lot of Accolades and have Significantly shifted the dynamics of Hotel Hierarchy in Lagos.
The Hotel was Completed during the Covid19 Pandemic Lockdown. It Opened with a bang.
It is Owned by Macfolly Hospitality a member of the SIFAX group.
Today I was at their office to Present the Letter for Travellers Award “Hotel of the year” to the CEO of Macfolly Mr. Chike Ogeah.
In less than One year they have Secured the Lucrative Crew Business of 3 huge International Airlines. They have hosted major Events and Conference and have made Ikeja GRA the new Mecca of Hospitality. Because of them the Small Boutique Hotels all over GRA are Smiling to the Banks with Spillover Business.
Their impact is Similar to when Eko Holiday Inn Opened in Lagos,When Sheraton Lagos opened in the 80s and when Southern Sun Opened in Ikoyi. Also when Agura Hotel Opened in Abuja.
