A prominent Political Scientist and son of Ogbomoso land, Prof Alex Gboyega is dead.
His death is coming the same day former Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala also died.
Their death also came exactly one month after the demise of the Soun of Ogbomoso Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Ajagungnade.
It is also a week after the death of first daughter of the monarch and a former university lecturer Prof Mrs Taibat Danmole.
As at the time of filing this report, details of the death of Gboyega who was at the University of Ibadan, were sketchy.
Family sources are said to have confirmed his death to some close friends at the university community.
