It was supposed to be a day of Fidau for the repose of the soul of late Alhaji Sikiru Akanni Taiwo,SAT who passed on Wednesday December 14 .
It was 17 days to his 73 birthday and two weeks after his return from holiday in the United States where he had gone to visit his children.
Inside the Success Hall,near Ekoro where the ceremony took place it was a sombre moment as children and relatives came out to eulogise the late Quantity Surveyor graduate of the University of Lagos and University of Science and Technology,Ghana where he finished his course in the mid seventies.
The ceremony was attended by friends and relatives from far and near among who is Ambassador Tunde Ajisomo and wife.
