Mrs Kudirat Alao- Bashorun,wife of late Nigerian Bar Association,Also Aka- Bashorun is dead.
she passed Wednesday after a brief illness.

Like her late husband,she was in the thick of the June 12 ,1993,presidential annulment struggle and a very close friend of late Mrs Kudirat Abiola.
Her death was announced Friday by Dipo Aka -Bashorun one of the children on behalf of the Aka Bashorun family.
Said he,”On behalf of the family of Late Alao Aka-Bashorun, we wish to announce the passing of our dear mother and grand-mother, Mrs. Kudirat Aka-Bashorun who passed on September 22nd, 2021 Age 75 May her soul Rest In Peace.
Late Aka Bashorun it will be recalled had an eventful tenure as President of the NBA as he radicalized the body and stood firmly against military rule.
It was he and other activists who planned the first Sovereign National Conference which was aborted by the Ibrahim Babangida regime in 1989.
