Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Prof Amos Agbe Utuama, SAN, has lost his wife, Her Excellency, Dr (Mrs) Tuwere Nelly Utuama.
A terse statement jointly signed by Dr Ovie Andrew Utuama and Barr (Mrs) Oghenefejiro Barbara Smooth for the family on Wednesday night, indicated that she died after a brief illness. She was 65.
The family said burial arrangements would be announced soon.
The Full Statement Reads:
We regret to announce the death of our wife, mother and grandmother, Her Excellency, Dr (Mrs) Tuwere Nelly Utuama who passed on at the age of 65, after a brief illness.
Till her transition to glory, she was the wife of the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Prof Amos Agbe Utuama, SAN.
Her burial arrangements are to be announced by the family.
