True to his pledge Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, paid a visit to Igangan,a troubled Yoruba community in Ibarapa North local government area of Oyo state and was received with much excitement on Friday .

Hundreds of youths received him with singing and dancing before storming Igangan Town Hall where he addressed them.

A visibly-angered Ighoho vowed that Fulani herdsmen will be chased away from the town and entire Yorubaland for inciting insecurity and banditry.

He said: “What is happening will not be limited to this place, we will drive out Fulani from entire Yorubaland. They want to be killing us. We will not accept this.”

He insisted that Seriki, the head of the Fulani, must leave the town because he has been identified as a security threat.

Youths were said to have burnt bonfires on the streets before his arrival.
