Lagos state government has increased hazard allowance for all category of health workers by 500%.
This was contained in a circular 045 titled Increment of Hazard allowance and sent to all health parastatals Tuesday April 21st, by the head of service,Mr Muri Okunola.
According to the memo,hazards allowance were increased from 5000 Nara to 25,000 per month for all the categories of health workers with effect from April this year.
It saluted the efforts of the state workers in combating the Coronavirus and urged it to reciprocate government gestures with all doggedness.
