Founding Associate editor of Newdawnngr, Kolade Larewaju, is dead. He passed on yesterday after a brief illness. Until he joined the online medium as a founding editor, he was News editor of Sunday Vanguard where he worked for over two decades .
He was appointed Special Assistant on Media to a former Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Chief Segun Adesegun between 2011-2015.
A versatile journalist and commentator on public affairs, Larewaju was for several years the Ogun State correspondent of Vanguard Newspaper after graduating from the Nigeria Institute of Journalist.
He is survived by Wife and children.
