Two weeks ago,Governor Dapo Abiodun paid an inspection visit to the Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital,Sagamu and at the end of his oversight visit accompanied by top officials of the state government and Chief medical director,he was butter about the sad state of the teaching hospital producing badly needed medical doctors and other health worker s needed for the state health sector and outside the state.
As for him,if the institution producing future doctors could be in such a sorry state, then it is not surprising that the state of health services have collapsed.

As for him ,there is no way health personnel trained in such ill equipped and infrastructural decayed teaching hospital could produce well trained and competent medical personnel.
It is a cynosure of ugliness.
A visit to the General hospital, Ota, in the Ado Odo Ota local government area of the state is a direct reflection of the utter neglect which the state health services have suffered in the last sixteen years of democracy in the Gateway state which often pride itself as scoring first in everything in the country.
Above picture depicts the rot the new government must tackle if it is to elevate and restore the states lost glory and improving the living standard of the state poor masses who have no access to good health care delivery services in spite of the enormous resources the state is endowed with.
