Governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano on Wednesday endorsed the aspiration of Majority Leader of House Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila for speakership position.
Already, Governor of Ebonyi, David Umahi and Governor of Enugu state, Ifyean Ugwanyi had earlier endorsed Gbajabiamila as Speaker of House of Representatives in the ninth National Assembly.
The endorsement took place at Anambra state government house on Wednesday.
According to Gbajabiamila, I thank my longtime supporter, H.E. Willie Obiano for the adoption of our Gbaja/Wase Ticket. Mobilizing the 10 APGA members-elect in support our project is heartwarming.
Gbajabiamila visited the south East region no fewer than 103 Reps-elect.
