Code of Conduct Tribunal on Thursday ruled the agency is not under Nigerian Judiciary Commission.
The chairman of CCT, Umar Danladi made this known while ruling on embattled Chief Justice of Nigeria, (CJN), Walter Onnoghen.
Onnoghen is facing trial over false assets declaration at CCT.
He said the Onnoghen is not under trial as a judicial officer but as Public officer.
