The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday declined issuing certificates of return to Delta State House of Assembly members- elect on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The members-elect are Mr. Anidi Emosivwe, Ethiope East (APC); Oniyere Whomrouho, Ughelli North 1 (APC) and Egbo Jaro, Ughelli North ll (APC).
Also denied is Ochor Christopher, elected on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party from Ukwuani Constituency.

The National Commissioner in charge of Delta State, Dr Mohammed Lecky, disclosed this during presentation of certificates of return to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, his deputy, Kingsley Otuaro and assembly members-elect in Asaba on Wednesday.
They were said to have been denied their certificates of return following the recent court judgement which sacked the Prophet Jones Erue-led executive of the state chapter of APC under where they emerged as the candidates of the party.
