Senate on Tuesday passed 2019 budget into second reading forwarded the budget to appropriation Committee for further legislation.
According to the Senate, the budget is expected to be submitted to Senate for consideration in two weeks time and any Minister who fails to show up will not get anything for 2019 budget appropriation.
This was made known by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki who referred the budget to the committee on appropriation which will report back in two weeks.
The budget was passed into second reading after spending about three months in the Senate.
