Some lawmakers of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) exchanged blows while President Muhammadu Buhari was presenting the 2019 budget in the National Assembly today.
The trouble began when lawmakers of APC snatched placard carried by PDP members in the Chamber.
