Members of the National Assembly Committee on Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) admired omission of card reader from the third amendment bill sent to Presidency for ascent.
The Lawmakers however explained that the amendment is an addendum of the Second amendment bill sent to Presidency for ascent adding that the Committee sent the report bit by bit while Presidency want it as a single document.
This is even as the members of the Committee unanimously passed the fourth amendment of Electoral Bill.
