A foreign group known as BIAMOND Groups based in Maryland,in the United States of America ,has offered to source Ten billion Euros in form of humanitarian side to Nigeria.
This offer is contained in a letter to the President copy of which was made available to our correspondent.
According to the letter,the fund is provided by the European Economic Development Council,(EEDC) and the European Central Bank(ECB).
According to the letter signed by Ibijoke Marcellina and Owolabi Adejumo, the fund is meant to offer development support to emerging nations.

LETTER OF INTENT TO EXTEND FOREIGN HUMANITARIAN AID TO NIGERIA
We are writing to express our intent to extend Foreign Humanitarian Aid to the Nigerian populace, as provided by the European Economic Development Council (EEDC) and the European Central Bank (ECB).
This initiative is part of the EEDC and ECB’s broader agenda to offer developmental support to emerging nations worldwide.
The EEDC and ECB have established a fund amount of €10,000,000,000.00 (Ten Billion Euros) designed to assist efforts aimed at enhancing the livelihood of Nigerians.
The primary objective of this aid is to provide relief across several critical areas such as Food Security, Education, Health, Capital, and Heavy Infrastructure.
It is within the prerogative of the recipient countries to determine which of these areas require the most urgent support.
Letter written to President Tinubu
This fund has received clearance from all relevant authorities, including the European Union (EU), World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the United States Treasury.
For countries utilizing the Direct Transfer of Cleared Cash (DTC) platform, the transfer of funds is streamlined and immediate, as the cash is readily available.
