Stanbic IBTC Bank donates medical equipment to Ekiti State


As part of its corporate social responsibilities to the society, the Stanbic IBTC bank, a financial institution has donated
a set of Medical Equipments to the Ekiti State Government to help in the fight against the ravaging Corona Virus.

The Relationship Manager of the Ado-Ekiti branch Mr. Alex Dada who spoke on behalf of the Financial institution at the Oba Adejugbe general hospital the venue of the presentation disclosed that the equipments donated included 22 beds and 22 pillows, Shelves and standing trolleys.

Mr. Dada who appreciated the efforts of the State government in combating the pandemic called on other corporate organizations to join the government in the fight to end the Virus.

While responding on behalf of the state government, the Commissioner for Health and Human Services Dr. Mojisola Yaya- Kolade appreciated the donor describing it as a great step from a responsible financial organization.

“This is a great decision from a great institution, you have done well and the government appreciates your kind gesture.” She commended.

Dr. Yaya – Kolade noted that the state government was doing everything possible to combat the pandemic . She called on well meaning Nigerians to support the government in the fight.
