Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of The State of Osun and his Oyo State counterpart, Seyi Makinde met in Abuja today on the way forward for Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.
According to Ismail Omipidan,chief press secretary to Osun state governor,the meeting was held with a view to find lasting solution to age long ownership crisis facing the over two decades old institution.
At the meeting, brokered by the institution’s Governing Council Chairman, Professor Oladapo Afolabi, it was agreed that a 10-man committee drawn from both states be set up to further analyse the issues and come up with various options that would finally lay the matter to rest.
